TIO is Americas largest non bank automated financial network, and provides its customers with quick and efficent payment solutions at thousands of locations nationwide.

Our Kiosks are conveniently located in convenience stores, gas bars, retail locations and a wide range of independent locations.

The TIO network is available to consumers over a number of devices including Self Serve (Kiosks) and Clerk Assisted (TIO Express or POSA).Depending on the nature of the TIO location, either means of making your transaction takes only a few minutes.

Self-service paystations are typicaly stand alone kiosks that are operated 100% by you, the consumer. Self-service paystations enable you to complete transactions by inserting cash, making a payment and collecting a receipt.

Clerk Asssted paystations are operated either over the counter or direct person to person and are managed by a clerk or salesperson. Clerk assisted solutions offer a range of payment options and also provide transaction receipts.

TIO enables you to pay most of the nation's largest wireless providers billa as well as your regional phone, cable, water, gas and other utilities. TIO also offers various financial services such as money transfer and wireless reloads.

Transactions made on the TIO Network are sent directly to your providers, but posting times are dependant on the provider. Most payments are posted to your account immediately while others may take up to 24 hours to reconcile.

All TIO transactions carry a transaction fee which veries by biller and per market. Please consult the kiosk at which you are making your transaction for information on your transactions fee.

The TIO® Prepaid MasterCard® is a prepaid card, which means you only spend the value placed on the card and are charged NO interest. The TIO® Prepaid MasterCard® can be used anywhere MasterCard® is accepted.

Items of identification such as Drivers Licences, SS numbers are not required to complete a TIO transaction.
